1. A forming apparatus for forming an upper surface of adhesive substance in a ridge-and-groove shape, after movement of the forming apparatus, on a laying surface by moving the forming apparatus over the laying surface on which a tile is laid, comprising:
a stationary blade configured such that a plurality of flat tongue parts extending in an extending direction from respective base ends to respective tip ends are connected respectively with a space of a predetermined gap by the stationary blade as positions of the tip ends are aligned and both tip and base ends of the respective tongue parts are lined up in a same direction wherein the plurality of tongue parts are aligned in a plane and linearly in a direction substantially perpendicular to the extending direction, and that two neighboring tongue parts having the predetermined gap therebetween among the plurality of tongue parts are connected on a side of the respective base ends by the stationary blade; a main body securing the stationary blade, extending in the direction substantially perpendicular to the extending direction, and having a grasping portion provided with a workspace therearound so as to be capable of being grasped and arranged on an opposite side to the tip ends of the tongue parts in the extending direction with respect to the stationary blade; a pressing surface being provided to the main body on a side of a direction of the movement of the tongue parts of the stationary blade and facing the laying surface wherein the pressing surface facing the laying surface, the laying surface, and a surface provided on the side of the direction of the movement of the tongue parts receive mortar entering from the side of the direction of the movement; and an end part defining an upper surface of a formed ridge-and-groove shape and being provided in the predetermined gap between the two respectively-neighboring tongue parts, wherein the formed ridge-and-groove shape is formed such that a volume packing factor between the tile and the laying surface is from 50% to 100% in consideration of allowance for the pressure bonding of the tile being placed on the upper surface. |
