An online transaction method, device and system, belonging to the technical field of the Internet. The method comprises: after receiving order information sent by a client (10), an item server (20) sends a bank credit certificate issuing request to a second bank server (30) according to the order information; the second bank server (30) generates a bank credit certificate having a to-be-effective status, and sends the bank credit certificate to a first bank server (40); the first bank server (40) verifies buyer payment checking information obtained by the client (10); if verification is passed, the first bank server (40) freezes funds in a buyer account which correspond to an order amount, and sends a bank credit certificate having an effective status to the second bank server (30); the second bank server (30) updates the status of the bank credit certificate to has-been-received, and sends a has-been-received notification to the item server (20); after receiving a has-been-received notification sent by the client, the first bank server (40) transfers the frozen funds of the buyer account into a seller account of the second bank server (30). The present invention effectively reduces the risk to the funds, and increases the security of the transaction information. |
