PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier capable of positively realizing a quite high drying efficiency.SOLUTION: This drier device 10 is constituted such that rotary scraping-up blades 21, 210 composed of a plurality of base blades 22, 220 arranged vertically in several stages along a rotating shaft 20 are installed within a vertical cylindrical drier tank 11. When each of the scraping-up blades 21, 210 is rotated, items to be dried are pushed against the inner wall of the drier tank due to a centrifugal force in a thin-film like manner and ascend. During this process, hot air is fed into the drier tank 11 from outside and blown against the thin-film like inner periphery side of the items to be dried so as to dry them. |
