PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation capable of specifically delivering an Rho kinase inhibitor to a liver stellate cell to treat hepatic ischemia and reperfusion injury.SOLUTION: A vitamin A added liposome preparation contains an Rho kinase inhibitor, and is mixed at the molar ratio of the Rho kinase inhibitor to vitamin A of 1:3 to 1:5, and at the molar ratio of the total lipid in the constituent lipid to vitamin A of 1:0.03 to 1:0.3. The present invention also provides a production method thereof. |
