PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam release standing pouch capable of appropriately discharging steam generated in an internal space to the outside, and a content inclusion standing pouch formed by using the steam release standing pouch.SOLUTION: A bag body 20 includes: a first side seal portion 40 that is a side of the bag body 20 and to which seal processing is applied; a seal projected portion 26 that is an upper part of the bag body 20 and to which seal processing is not applied; and a steam passing portion 42 formed by including part of the first side seal portion 40. The steam passing portion 42 includes a steam passing seal portion 43 and an unsealed portion 44. The steam passing seal portion 43 has a shape in which part of the first side seal portion 40 is concave inwardly from the outside in the width direction HX of the bag body 20. The unsealed portion 44 is formed to continue to the steam passing seal portion 43 at a portion having the concave shape of the steam passing seal portion 43. Notches 44A-44D are disposed in a laminated sheet constituting the unsealed portion 44. |
