Fuel injection valve and fuel injection system

The valve has a solenoid valve (1) for controlling open or closed position of a valve needle (2). The solenoid valve includes an anchor (5) connected with a valve element (4) and movable by electromagnets (3), where the anchor is arranged within a valve chamber (6). Fuel is provided as a cooling medium in a cooling circuit (7) for cooling the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is hydraulically connected with a fuel tank (8) over an inlet (9) and an outlet (10). The inlet and the outlet are formed at the solenoid valve.
