PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which is capable of properly inspecting electrical connection between a connection terminal including a translucent conductive film on a surface layer and the electrode of a flexible wiring and capable of suppressing the occurrence of an adverse effect caused by providing a connection terminal for inspection and to provide electronic equipment.SOLUTION: In the electrooptical device, in a first connection terminal 102f for supplying various kinds of signals and a constant voltage, a first conductive film 9f is electrically connected to a second conductive film 8f through the first contact hole 45f of an interlayer insulation film 45 and in a second contact terminal for dummy 102g, a recessed part 45g is provided in the interlayer insulation film 45 and a third conductive film 9g of the same layer as the first conductive film 9f is provided so as to cover the recessed part 45g. In the second connection terminal 102g, a fourth conductive film 8g surrounds the recessed part 45g outside, to specify a translucent area 102h, in plan view. |
