<p>The procedure for pasting polycarbonate sheets on ski gondolas for safety glazing, in stadiums and on other vehicle cabins, comprises moistening and wiping-off a working bench (6), a polycarbonate sheet (3) and a protective foil (2) with a mixture of water and a cleaning mounting liquid, moistening the protective foil after removal of the protective foil, sticking the protective foil onto the polycarbonate sheet and drying the polycarbonate sheet with the protective foil. A radius of curvature is developed during drying of the pasted polycarbonate sheet. A mixture of distilled water, and 150 ml cleaning liquid and Joy (RTM: Alkyl sulfate and alkyl ethoxylated surface together with detergency builders and water) cleaning/mounting liquid is produced. An independent claim is included for a polycarbonate sheet pasted with a protective film.</p> |
