PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet capable of bonding two elements mutually with high reliability while filling the space between those elements, and excellent in workability, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The thermally expandable adhesive sheet includes: a heat-resistant substrate that has a front face and a second face opposed to the front face; a first adhesive layer that is formed on the front face of the heat-resistant substrate and contains a thermally expandable epoxy adhesive; and a second adhesive layer that is formed on the second surface of the heat-resistant substrate and contains the thermally expandable epoxy adhesive. |
