PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an effect of when color information or the like of video data is lost by compression in transmission or the like of the video data, to improve image quality of the video during restoration.SOLUTION: An video electronic circuit 50 includes determination means 51, signal generation means 52 and multiplexing means 53. The determination means 51 determines whether data included in an input video signal fulfils a predetermined condition. The signal generation means 52 determines a correction amount of the data on the basis of the result of the determination means 51 to generate a correction information signal. The multiplexing means 53 multiplexes the correction information signal with the video signal to generate a transmission signal. The video electronic circuit can correct the video data during restoration by multiplexing a correction signal indicating the correction amount of the data with the video signal to transmit it, thereby maintaining image quality of the video. |
