PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small cell base station device capable of reliably allocating to a small cell base station a physical cell identifier without overlapping with those of other base stations around it.SOLUTION: A base station device, installed in a small cell base station which performs radio communication with a mobile station in a mobile communication system, comprises frequency bandwidth selection means which selects a frequency bandwidth, as the frequency bandwidth used therein, different from those of macro cell base stations installed around the small cell base station. A physical cell identifier is selected from those allocatable in a frequency bandwidth different from those of the macro base stations and allocated to the small cell base station regardless of the physical cell identifiers used by the macro cell base stations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
