A first dope has an unused polymer and a polymerizable compound dissolved in a solvent, and is flexed on a belt as a flexible dope, when initiating manufacturing. A film separated from the belt is dried by a tenter. The temperature of a dried gas of the tenter is set to temperature of not polymerizing of the polymerizable compound, so a film is provided to a cutting device, while the reaction rate of the polymerizable compound (28) is limited to 1% or less. A side part cut in the cutting device becomes a chip, is dissolved in a solvent by a second preparing device, is mixed to a new first dope, and is flexed as a flexible dope. The film which has been through the cutting device is heated in a dry room, and has the polymerizable compound polymerized. The present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing a film, which manufactures a film having hardness of H or more as pencil hardness by solution film formation by controlling the amount of disposal. |
