PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device properly protecting and holding electric wires exposed to the outside of a vehicle from depositions deposited accompanying the travel of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A clamp device 10 comprises a fastening part 11, a holding part 12, and a protecting part 13. The fastening part 11 is fastened to a vehicle side member (for example, a rear suspension unit). The holding parts 12 which are provided at a prescribed interval in an axial direction of a wire harness W, hold the harness W by, for example, caulking. The protecting part 13 has: a first face 13a connected to the fastening part 11; a second face 13b connected to the holding part 12; and a bent portion 13c connecting the first face 13a with the second face 13b, and formed in an L shape. Thus, the clamp device 10 enables, by existence of the protecting part 13, appropriate protection of the wire harness W from the deposition deposited accompanying the travel of the vehicle. |
