The present invention relates to a web-type quantum dot sheet in which a fibrous aggregate has a three-dimensional network structure, the web-type quantum dot sheet: diffuse-reflecting light because of the structure and the form thereof; being capable of reducing the volume and the thickness of a backlight unit (BLU) by omitting an application of a diffusion sheet during the manufacture of the BLU; being capable of uniformly dispersing quantum dots and reducing a quantum dot degradation problem; and being capable of emitting white light of the light passing through the BLU while using quantum dots, which are few in comparison to that of a conventional quantum dot sheet, and implementing high color reproducibility.
