A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the display panel comprises steps: forming an amorphous silicon film (12) on a substrate (11), the amorphous silicon film (12) comprising at least two amorphous silicon layers (121, 122), and the two adjacent amorphous silicon layers (121, 122) having different crystal grain densities; and converting the amorphous silicon film (12) into a poly-silicon film (13). The poly-silicon film (13) with a lager crystal grain and a fewer number of grain boundaries is obtained from the manufacturing method, and therefore the poly-silicon film (13) has a higher carrier mobility and the corresponding display panel has better performances. |
