PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cell unit which prevents metal atoms from condensing in each window part of a gas cell even if the gas cell is downsized, and to provide an atomic oscillator including the gas cell unit and achieving excellent oscillation characteristics and an electronic apparatus including the atomic oscillator and achieving excellent reliability.SOLUTION: A gas cell unit 20 of this invention includes: a gas cell 2 including a cylindrical body part 21 and a pair of light transmissive window parts 22, 23 which seal openings at both ends of the body part 21, the gas cell 2 in which gaseous metal particles are enclosed; and light transmissive heat resistors 61, 62 which are provided at the respective window parts 22, 23. A heat radiation part 24 which improves heat radiation performance is provided at the body part 21. |
