PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a mobile unit, a radio communication method and a program capable of sharing information only with a mobile object as a transmission target while preventing information leakage.SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a mobile unit 10, a mobile unit 20 disposed at a location away from the mobile unit 10 by a first distance, and a mobile unit 30 disposed at a location apart from the mobile unit 10 by a second distance longer than the first distance. The mobile unit 10 is configured to perform transmission power control in such a manner that reception power at the mobile unit 20 is larger than a reception noise level at the mobile unit 20, and reception power at the mobile unit 30 is smaller than a reception noise level at the mobile unit 30, and to transmit a narrow band beam to the mobile unit 20. The mobile unit 20 is configured to direct a directional antenna in the direction of the mobile unit 10. |
