摘要 PURPOSE:To improve light transparency, surface flatness, antistatic performance, long term stability, and surface hardness by restricting the kinds, contents and grain sizes of the conductive fillers in an antistatic film consisting of a resin system mixed with the conductive fillers. CONSTITUTION:A magneto-optical recording film 2 and a protective film 3 are formed on one surface of a substrate 1 made of transparent polycarbonate and the antistatic film 4 consisting of a resin system mixed with a conductive filler is formed on the other surface. The film 4 is formed by dispersing the conductive fillers into a UV curing resin. The formation thereof is executed by dispersing and mixing phosphorus at a ratio of about 2.25 and tin oxide at 42.75 when the resin mixed with the fillers is designated as 100 together with a solvent by a roll mill. Further, the UV curing resin is added to the mixture during the course of mixing and the mixture is made jelly-like. Such mixture is made into a film by a spinner. The optical disk substrate formed with the antistatic film contg. the conductive fillers of the tin oxide doped with the phosphorus has the excellent stability and light transparency.
