PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-thermal-conductivity mixture which has high thermal conductivity and electric insulation, is excellent in processing workability and allows inexpensive processing, a molding using the high-thermal-conductivity mixture, a high-thermal-conductivity laminate sheet of the molding with metal foil and a production method of the sheet.SOLUTION: A high-thermal-conductivity mixture contains 300-700 pts.mass of a heat-conductive filler to 100 pts.mass of a base rubber including ethylene-α-olefin rubber (an α-olefin other than propylene). There are also provided a high-thermal-conductivity molding formed by molding the high-thermal-conductivity mixture, a high-thermal-conductivity laminate sheet formed by laminating the high-thermal-conductivity molding with metal foil and a method of producing the high-thermal-conductivity laminate sheet by crosslinking the high-thermal-conductivity mixture to a semi-crosslinked state.
