PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the cavity resonance of a tire while suppressing an increase in weight.SOLUTION: In an assembly of a pneumatic tire and a rim, a pneumatic tire 10 is attached to a rim 12, thereby forming a tire cavity 14 between the pneumatic tire and the rim. At one place in a circumferential direction or at a plurality of places with intervals in the circumferential direction in the tire cavity 14, a porous sound absorbing material 22 and an interference type muffler (side branch type resonator, a Helmholtz type resonator) 24 are arranged in combination. Preferably, the sound absorbing material 22 is configured to have a multilayer structure relative to the tire circumferential direction, and the interference type muffler 24 is arranged between them. |
