PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately evaluate influence of a different maintenance operation on an operation interval between maintenance operations, accurately specify an intermediate operation allowing extension of the operation interval between the maintenance operations and provide information required for cost optimization in a maintenance plan.SOLUTION: A pattern-by-pattern operation interval estimation unit 105 calculates an average of operation intervals between target operations between which intermediate operations are executed, with respect to each of the intermediate operations executed between the target operations. A pattern time interval influence reflection unit 109 analyzes, with respect to each of the intermediate operations executed between the target operations, a relationship between the number of days from the target operation to the intermediate operation and the operation interval between the target operations between which the intermediate operation is executed, in a case example where the intermediate operation is executed between the target operations, and evaluates appropriateness of the average operation interval for intermediate execution. |
