PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide body that can limit a lighting area by raising directivity of light emitted from a point light source and emitting illumination light that can attain uniformity of illuminance in the lighting area, and a lighting device.SOLUTION: The light guide body includes a recessed part, and a light guide part for guiding light incident from the recessed part. The light guide part is a light scattering light guide part made of a transparent resin containing light scattering particles. A first reflecting surface 7 for reflecting the light in the light guide part and a light emitting surface 6 for emitting the light in the light guide part are arranged by sandwiching the light guide part. Intervals between the first reflecting surface 7 and the light emitting surface 6 become narrower as distances from the recessed part are longer. A second reflecting surface 8 made of a plurality of reflecting surfaces 8A turning their reflecting surfaces to the light guide part side is arranged on the light emitting surface 6, and density of the plurality of reflecting surfaces 8A arranged on the second reflecting surface 8 becomes lower as the distances from the recessed part are longer. |
