A mobile communication terminal with a semiautomatic rolling camera is provided to enable a camera module to be automatically rotated by an elastic supporting force after a user rotates the camera module at certain angle, thereby resolving the user's inconvenience due to the rotation of the camera module while the camera module is not randomly rotated even though shock and shaking occur in the terminal. A cam(40) is fixed to be interlocked with a side of a one-sided rotational shaft(36) of a camera module(34). A camera holder(42) is individually equipped with supporting units(44,46) connected together on both sides so as to cover portions of rotational shafts(36,38), in connection with the camera module(34), and wherein fixed blocks(52) are vertically disposed on both sides of the supporting units(44,46) corresponding to the cam(40). Upper/lower elastic members(54,56) are individually extended from upper and lower sides between the fixed blocks(52), and elastically support corresponding surfaces of the cam(40), respectively, in order that semiautomatic functions can be shown while random rotation of the cam(40) is prohibited.
