PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment apparatus capable of performing a surface treatment efficiently by reducing effectively dispersion generated when a surface treatment is performed to the surface of a cylindrical body such as a tube or a belt.SOLUTION: A surface treatment apparatus for performing a surface treatment to the surface of a cylindrical body includes first rotation means for holding the cylindrical body and rotating it along the circumferential direction, second rotation means for rotating the first rotation means by using a direction different from the axial direction of a rotation axis of the cylindrical body by the first rotation means as the axial direction of the rotation axis, and a discharge part for discharging a surface treatment material toward the surface of the cylindrical body. |
