The implantable line (3) has an elongated flexible line body with a distal end, and comprising an electrode, a sensor, and a medicine administering device at or near the distal end. A closure element connected with the line body seals a perforation site in an atrial or ventricular septum. A fixing unit is arranged at the distal end of the line body for fixing the line at a wall of a left ventricle. Stimulation electrodes are situated along the line body, where an anchor element is formed at the closure element as the simulation electrodes for simulating the septum. |
