PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that improves durability of the photoreceptor, prevents the occurrence of image defects due to a memory, has a high transfer rate of toner to provide images with high density, and has high durability and high image quality; and an electrophotographic image forming method and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus using the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor according to the present invention includes at least a photosensitive layer and a surface protective layer on a conductive support, in which the photosensitive layer contains a charge generating material; and the surface protective layer contains a resin obtained by polymerizing a cross-linking polymerizable compound, and a charge generating material having a different maximum absorption wavelength from that of the charge generating material contained in the photosensitive layer. |
