PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility and a method for producing a fibrous electrode, with which an active material layer is uniformly formed by holding an opening state of a fibrous material.SOLUTION: In a production facility which is a facility (M) for producing a fibrous electrode to be used for a battery, and which includes: an opening unit (1) to open a bundle of fibrous current collectors being core bodies of the fibrous electrode; and an electrode production unit (3) to produce the fibrous electrode by forming an active material layer on the fibrous current collectors opened with the opening unit (1), an opening state holding device (51), to convey the bundle (13) of fibrous current collectors while holding the opening state, is installed on the electrode production unit (3). |
