PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring instrument capable of adjusting a temperature around a camera to an optional temperature without using a special device.SOLUTION: A power feeding state to an electronic circuit of the camera in an off-line state in which imaging is not performed is controlled, and the electronic circuit is used as a heating source. In the case that the temperature around the camera is lower than a target temperature, the power is fed to the electronic circuit, and on the other hand, in the case that the temperature around the camera is higher than the target temperature, the temperature around the camera is controlled toward the target temperature by stopping power feeding. |
