A powdery material mixing and feeding device (Z) is configured to mix at least two types of powdery materials and feed a compression molding machine with the mixed powdery materials. The powdery material mixing and feeding device (Z) includes a vertical mixer (Z3) including an agitating rotor (Z34) configured to rotate about a substantially vertical shaft and mix powdery materials and a reservoir configured to reserve at least part of the powdery materials, and a horizontal mixer (Z4) including an agitating rotor (Z44) configured to rotate about a substantially horizontal shaft and mix powdery materials.
