An optical film (60, 100) comprises a first polymer with a first surface and a second polymer with a second surface. The first surface is opposite to the second surface. A microlens structure (601, 1001) is formed on the first surface, and the second surface is provided with an accommodation structure (602, 1002). The accommodation structure (602, 1002) accommodates several pattern structures (603, 1003) that are imaged through the microlens structure (601, 1001). A fusion portion is formed between neighboring portions of the first polymer and the second polymer, so that the microlens structure (601, 1001) and the accommodation structure (602, 1002) form an integral structure. A micro-focusing unit (601, 1001) matches the pattern structure (602, 1002), so that the optical film(60, 100) can form a floating image that floats on the optical film (60, 100) when being observed from the side of the pattern structure (602, 1002) or from the side of the micro-focusing unit (601, 1001). The optical film (60, 100) has no substrate layer, so that the thickness of the optical film (60, 100) is reduced. In addition, the optical film (60, 100) has good mechanical performance, and can be easily cut during thermal transfer printing. |
