Disclosed is a headset volume adjustment method contributing to increase of the sleep quality, comprising the following steps: S10, a respiratory rate sensor collects a respiratory rate of a human body, converts same into an electric signal, and then transfers the electric signal to a control unit; S20, the control unit receives the electric signal, and judges whether the magnitude of the electric signal is lower than a pre-set value N1; if so, turn to the step S31, and the control unit starts a low-volume mode, and reduces a current I received by a headset sound production unit, so as to reduce a headset volume; and if not, turn to the step S32, and the control unit maintains the current I received by the headset sound production unit unchanged, and maintains the headset volume unchanged, thereby facilitating adjustment of the headset volume according to a user state. The present invention also provides a headset, comprising headset receivers, audio cables, headset plugs, a respiratory rate sensor used to collect a respiratory rate, and a control unit used to adjust a headset volume. The headset volume can be adjusted according to the change of the respiratory rate, thereby facilitating increase and improvement of the sleep quality of a user. |
