Provided is a retraction prevention device for a vehicular pedal device, with which it is possible to properly prevent an operation pedal from retracting and reduce the effect of a pedal bracket on movement related to preventing the operation pedal from retracting. A brake pedal device 1 has a pedal bracket 10, an operation pedal 20, an intermediate lever 25, a coupling link 30, and a retraction prevention member 40. When a dash panel P is displaced toward the rear side of a vehicle, the retraction prevention member 40 turns around a turning shaft 13 of the pedal bracket 10, and the intermediate lever 25 is displaced together with a second support shaft 12. The operation pedal 20 and the intermediate lever 25 are forcibly turned, and a tread part 21 is inhibited from being displaced toward the rear side of the vehicle. The second support shaft 12 turnably couples, without the pedal bracket 10 as an intermediary, the intermediate lever 25 to the retraction prevention member 40. As a result, it is possible to reduce the effect of the pedal bracket 10 on the displacement of the second support shaft 12 accompanying the turning of the retraction prevention member 40. |
