The present invention relates to a safety syringe. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a safety syringe that comprises: a housing having a through-hole; a needle assembly disposed in the housing and comprising a needle and a body, the body having a storage space communicating with the needle and a flow hole communicating with the storage space; a front plunger secured to the needle assembly between the flow hole and the through-hole and capable of hermetically moving in the housing; a rear plunger located behind the front plunger and mounted in the housing and on the needle assembly such that the rear plunger is capable of hermetically moving in the housing; an operating member connected with the rear plunger and exposed to the outside of the housing; a fixable member that is provided on the needle assembly in front of the front plunger and is fixed to the housing by the progress of the needle assembly; and a resilient member provided in the housing and moving the needle assembly rearward such that the needle is located in the housing when the fixable member is released from the housing.
