The invention relates to a device for pouring molten glass designed to be installed on a glass melting furnace, comprising: - a riser (1) having an outlet (2) of given diameter, - a device for regulating the rate of flow of molten glass leaving the riser, the molten glass flow regulating device comprising: - a removable plate (4) comprising a through‑hole (40) the surface area of which is less than the surface area of the outlet (2) of the riser (1), and - a mobile shut‑off means (3) designed to shut off the outlet (2) of the riser (1) or the through‑hole in the removable plate (4) adjustably. The invention allows just one furnace to be used for various types of glass with highly differing viscosities. |
