摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-pipe heat exchanger capable of facilitating assembly and disassembly and attaining size reduction compared with a conventional double-pipe heat exchanger.SOLUTION: An end portion member 12 includes a first space and a second space separated by a partition wall 21. The first space communicates with an inner flow path of a double-pipe portion 11 and the second space communicates with an outer flow path thereof. The partition wall 21 separates the first space from the second space. The first space of the end portion member 12 includes an open end open in a direction crossing a fluid flow direction of the double-pipe portion 11. Likewise, the second space of the end portion member 12 includes an open end open in the direction crossing the fluid flow direction of the double-pipe portion 11. When a plurality of end members 12 coupled to the adjacent double-pipe portions 11, respectively are coupled together, the corresponding open ends communicate with each other of the adjacent end portion members 12.
