PURPOSE: A light diffusing film is provided to have high front-contrast together with a wide-viewing angle, and to effectively prevent blooming, and to not generate stain, color spot, etc. CONSTITUTION: An application liquid comprises a UV curable resin, a solvent, and a translucent particle of which weight average particle diameter is 1 micron or more. 10-60 parts by weight of a water content of the translucent particle is comprised into 100.0 parts by weight of the UV curable resin. A light diffusion film is obtained by spreading the application liquid on a substrate film, and forming a light diffusing layer by irradiating the liquid with UV rays. A polarizer is that the light diffusion film and a polarizing film are attached. |
