PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform calibration in an image forming apparatus with high accuracy.SOLUTION: This patch chart includes a plurality of rectangular measurement color patches, and a plurality of reference patches for correcting measurements by the measurement color patches. The plurality of measurement color patches and the plurality of reference patches are arranged alternately in a two-dimensional manner, and the reference patches are each arranged to be continued without gaps from a side of each of the measurement color patches. |
