An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes an assembly (50). The assembly (50) includes a substantially tubular body (50 12 ) having an inner surface (50 14a ) and an outer surface (50 14b ), wherein the inner surface (50 14a ) forms a first passageway (50 16 ) extending through the substantially tubular body (50 12 ); a first portion including one or more components (52-60) disposed within the first passageway (50 16 ) and connected to the inner surface (50 14a ), wherein the one or more components (52-60) of the first portion include a reticle (54), a light-emitting diode (56), and a circuit board (60) including a processor (75) having a program, wherein the light-emitting diode (56) is connected to the circuit board (60), wherein the program controls the light-emitting diode (56) to emit one of at least three user-selectable colored lights upon the reticle (54); and a second portion including one or more components (62-64) arranged upon the outer surface (50 14b ) of the substantially tubular body (50 12 ), wherein the one or more components (62-64) of the second portion includes at least one push button (64) connected to the circuit board (60), wherein actuation at least one button (64) provides an input to the processor (75) to cause the program to control the light-emitting diode (56).
