PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel displacement restraining structure and a method of constructing side tunnels capable of suppressing displacement of a side tunnel and ensuring relatively easy construction at a low cost.SOLUTION: A tunnel displacement restraining structure 1 is constructed by the method of constructing side tunnels which includes: a boring process for boring two tunnels 2,2; a drilling process for drilling a PC steel insertion hole in a transverse direction of the tunnels 2 relative to a pillar part 3 between the tunnels 2; a PC steel installation process for inserting PC steels 4,4 into the PC steel insertion holes; and a tension process for applying a tension force to the PC steels 4. |
