PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify information related to the number of recording media or the number of surfaces on the recording media which result in that printing is not performed due to deletion of document data.SOLUTION: In a print management part 20 of an image forming apparatus, when a receiving part 21, after receiving a print job, receives cancel instruction information which instructs cancelling of the print job, a print control part 25 deletes the print job and does not deliver it to an image processing part and an image forming part. A counter update part 27 counts up a counter value of a print document delete counter that is stored in a counter storing part 28, by the number of recording media or the number of surfaces on the recording media for which printing is suppressed because the print job has been canceled, and a counter notification part 29 notifies a user of information about the counter value of the printing document delete counter that is stored in the counter storing part 28. |
