[Technical Problem] A drilling machine reduced in size and weight is provided. [Solution to Problem] A drilling machine has a frame formed in an L-shape by a lower wall portion and a front wall portion, a drilling drive unit vertically movably attached to the front wall portion and having a motor for rotationally driving a drilling tool, and a battery housing prepared separately from the drilling drive unit and attached to the frame to hold a battery as a power source for driving the motor of the drilling drive unit at a position at the rear side of the front wall portion and at the upper side of the lower wall portion. The frame has sufficient strength to support a load generated during the drilling by the drilling tool. |
