An electronic device comprising: at least one layer having a plurality of interconnects passing through at least a portion of the at least one layer; each of the plurality of interconnects having a longitudinal axis substantially perpendicular to the at least one layer, the plurality of interconnects are orthogonally arranged in a grid pattern and evenly spaced by a first distance, the plurality of interconnects comprise: a first differentially driven signal conductor pair with conductors arranged next to each other in a first direction, the first direction is oriented diagonally relative to the orthogonal grid pattern;a second differentially driven signal conductor pair with conductors arranged next to each other in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, each conductor of the second differentially driven signal conductor pair is spaced by the first distance from each signal conductor of the first differentially driven signal conductor pair; anda third differentially driven signal conductor pair with conductors arranged next to each other in a third direction substantially parallel to the first direction, each conductor of the third differentially driven signal conductor pair is spaced by the first distance from one of the signal conductors of the second differentially driven signal conductor pair.
