a radio station configured to transmit, to a user terminal, first information indicating a first resource for an interference measurement and second information indicating a second resource for a channel measurement, wherein the radio station configured to receive channel quality information from the user terminal, wherein the user terminal configured to receive the first information and the second information, and calculate the channel quality information based on the first resource and the second resource, and transmit the channel quality information to the radio station, wherein the first resource and the second resource are different resources.
