The present invention is a method and system to embed the value of innovation and collaboration into organization's culture. It is based on Cognitive Science and Evolutionary Anthropology most relevant research findings. The invention is advantageous to increase organization's collaboration and innovation capabilities. Furthermore the invention is also advantageous to increase organization's intellectual capital value by implementing a collaborative ingenuity culture, and a cumulative innovation culture.
