Provided is an inside handle for vehicle doors that can effectively prevent, without increasing the thickness of the plating, cracks in the plating on the vehicle exterior side designed surface and the vehicle interior side designed surface that are caused by temperature increases of the inside handle. An inside handle for vehicle doors comprises a resin handle body and plating that covers the surface of the handle body and further comprises: a vehicle interior side design face and a vehicle exterior design face; a recess that is formed in a concave portion forming face constituting one of the top face and bottom face of the inside handle and that is positioned between the center of rotation of the handle body and the distal end of the inside handle; and a reinforcing rib that is provided in the recess, extends in the direction that connects the vehicle interior side design face and the vehicle exterior design face, and has both ends connected to the inner face of the recess. |
