An energy balancing apparatus, terminal, and method. The apparatus comprises: a controlled alternating-current power supply (S1), an alternating-current electric-energy distribution unit, filter units, rectification units, and a balance control unit (C1). The controlled alternating-current power supply (S1) is connected to the input port (In1) of the alternating-current electric-energy distribution unit in parallel; each output port of the alternating-current electric-energy distribution unit (C1) is connected to the input side of a corresponding filter unit in parallel, and there is a non-overlapping portion in a frequency interval corresponding to any two of the filter units; the output side of each filter unit is connected to the alternating-current side of a corresponding rectification unit in parallel; the direct-current side of each rectification unit is connected to a corresponding battery unit in parallel; each battery unit is connected to the balance control unit (C1); and the balance control unit (C1) is connected to the controlled alternating-current power supply (S1). |
