An organic light-emitting diode display and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light-emitting diode display comprises a substrate, a thin film transistor (1), a pixel electrode (2), a hole transport layer (4), an organic light-emitting layer (5), an electron transport layer (6), and a cathode (7), which are sequentially formed. The pixel electrode (2) connected to the thin film transistor comprises a conductive metal layer (21) and a protective layer (22) formed on the conductive metal layer. The pixel electrode (2) is formed by means of an electroplating process. Compared with complex sputtering process, the electroplating process simplifies the display manufacturing process. |
