Disclosed is a minimally invasive puncture needle insertion catheter set for spinal epidural nerve root lysis and dissection. The minimally invasive puncture needle insertion catheter set comprises a handle (1) composed of an upper box (101) and a lower box (102), a guiding tube (2) is arranged in the handle (1), a guiding post (4) is arranged at the front end of the handle (1), the front end of the guiding tube (2) is connected to the rear end of a tube core (3) through the guiding post (4), a round rotary disc (6) is fixed in the lower box (102) by a bolt (5), the edge of the round rotary disc (6) is provided with two projected and symmetrically arranged handle bases (7), the inner surfaces of both handle bases (7) are provided with internal teeth ripples (8), and the outer surfaces are respectively provided with a left driving handle (91) and a right driving handle (92); a projected round base (11) is arranged in the upper box (101), and the outer surface of the round base (11) is provided with external teeth ripples (12) engaged with the internal teeth ripples (8); and a left traction wire (131) and a right traction wire (132) are arranged in the tube core (3), and the rear ends of the left traction wire (131) and the right traction wire (132) are respectively symmetrically fixed on the round rotary disc (6). The set has the advantage that fixed point mechanical and chemical lysis can be carried out, operation thereof is convenient and flexible, the wound is small, the amount of operative bleeding can be reduced, and postoperative recovery is quick. |
