<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image reproducing apparatus, preventing crosstalk between adjacent lenses or between adjacent hologram optical elements to eliminate shift of a three-dimensional image and enable stable display of a three-dimensional image in reproducing a stereoscopic image using a lenticular lens array, a fly-eye lens array or a hologram optical element. <P>SOLUTION: In a two-dimensional image 3 including parallax information disposed on the focal plane of the lens array 1, an IP image 4 of longitudinal (left) polarized light and an IP image 5 of lateral (right) polarized light, which are images different in parallax information and to which polarization characteristic different between them is given, are alternately arranged so that the beams of images different in parallax information to be reproduced can pass through only the intended lens. Longitudinal (left) sheet polarizers 6 and lateral (right) sheet polarizers 7 are alternately disposed on the exit side planes of the respective lenses of the lens array 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
