Provided is a measurement unit comprising: a fluid inlet (12a) into which a fluid enters; a fluid outlet (12b) from which a fluid exits; and a single flow passage (14) that connects the fluid inlet (12a) and the fluid outlet (12b). The measurement unit also includes: a plurality of partition panels (16) that are arranged between the opposing side surfaces of the flow passage along the direction in which the fluid flows, the partition panels defining an M number (M is an integer of at least 2) of partial flow passages between the opposing side surfaces; and a measurement instrument (18) that measures the flow rate of fluid flowing through an N number (N is an integer of at least 1 and less than M) of partial flow passages which are continuously adjacent to each other.
